

Packages that are LOST by USPS will be replaced after 21 days of non-movement for domestic packages and 8 weeks for international.
GLKA is not responsible for stolen packages, your best course of action is typically to file a police report and submit a claim via your home or rental insurance. Your local post office can check the geotag of the delivery scan and escalate an investigation on your behalf, but we are not able to track down on our end. Please check with your neighbors, next to your porch, or your back door - sometimes they’re tricky. Packages that are marked as delivered, but are “not received” are your responsibility to track down.

Returns for defective items or shipping errors must be brought to our attention within 7 days of receipt of the items.
